Scott Gray leads CGI Federal’s Intelligence Sector spanning a portfolio of Defense, Intelligence and National Security programs. In this role, Mr. Gray is responsible for the overall strategy, growth, execution and delivery of services and solutions across a diverse set of government clients.
During his career, Mr. Gray has supported civilian, defense, intelligence agencies, state and local, and international clients as a software engineer, technologist, business consultant, strategic advisor, enterprise IT leader, general manager and C-suite executive. He is an expert in business modernization and transformation, helping to transition agencies to modern and emerging technology platforms, including innovative solutions for large scale mission systems, enterprise IT infrastructure, data security, data sharing / advanced analytics, product development and manufacturing.
Mr. Gray has over a three decades of experience leading the delivery of large-scale transformational IT systems and solutions impacting more than 330 million Americans. He has specific domain expertise in defense, financial services, healthcare, and national/domestic security.
Mr. Gray earned his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Illinois with a concentration in organizational theory and design and his MBA from University of Illinois with a concentration in Marketing. Postgraduate he also attended Johns Hopkins University as a Fellow in Change Management.
